2. Our Services
We provide domain registration, web hosting, custom software, digital marketing, video editing, and web & app development services.
3. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before a service is activated, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in BDT and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Activation & Delivery
Domains, hosting accounts, and software licenses are typically activated shortly after payment is confirmed. It is the customer's responsibility to verify order details before payment, as our digital services are delivered immediately upon activation.
5. No Refund After Activation
Because our products are digital and activated instantly, no refund will be issued once a domain, hosting account, or software license has been activated or delivered, except where required by law or in cases of a verified service error on our part.
6. Renewal
Domain and hosting services are subject to renewal. Customers are responsible for renewing their services before expiry to avoid service interruption or loss of a domain.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, or to violate the intellectual property rights of others.
8. Limitation of Liability
OnSkillIt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
